Role: Full Time Activities Coordinator (£14.50/hour)
We are seeking a professional, energetic and creative individual who is looking for a rewarding opportunity as an Activities Coordinator within an independent family owned Dementia Nursing Home.
As Activities Coordinator you will be working with our excellent nursing team to plan & deliver meaningful and stimulating activities for residents as well as planning activities that promote independence, choice and dignity.
This involves getting to know each residents’ interests and being able to empower and engage both groups and individuals.
Skills / Qualifications:
• Organise and conduct activities that encourage both social, mental and if appropriate physical stimulation for the residents within the home.
• Manage the activities team including undertaking supervisions / appraisals and dealing with any people issues appropriately.
• To schedule and produce a monthly programme of events within the Home’s activities budget.
• Assess resident’s specific activities based on the information from their Life Library and taking time to get to know each resident as an individual in order to provide stimulating activities to meet varying needs.
Experience
• Current experience is preferable on Level 3 (QCF) Supporting Activities Provision. NAPA Qualifications & Training Areas desirable.
• Experience of organising activities to enhance the lives of residents.
• IT literacy – competent with the use of systems.

Role: In house Hairdresser
We are seeking a talented and professional hairdresser to join our team who can have a positive impact on the residents at Georgian House.
You will be responsible for Styling and cutting residents' hair to ensure they feel their best, including offering personalized consultations, offer individualized care to meet the specific needs of residents, ensuring comfort and dignity at all times, create a warm and welcoming environment where residents feel valued and pampered and work closely with our team to maintain a safe and safe environment.

Role: Carer
Care assistants needed to join our excellent team at Georgian House in Ealing.
Previous experience as a carer is preferred, but not essential. As a Carer, you will be working as part of a focused team in maintaining the personal care needs of our residents, respecting their dignity and promoting their independence at all times. You will also ensure that our care services are of a consistently high standard and help in caring for our residents and undertake other general day-to-day activities in our home. Due to the nature of this work, it is essential that all applicants have excellent communication skills. Applicants must have the ability to communicate with elderly and vulnerable adults.
